HHSHR in the Detroit St. Patrick's Day Parade!
Join us with your husky for our annual walk in the Detroit St. Patrick's Day Parade!
This event is a blast, and festive, so do not forget to wear green!
Entry is $15 a person, and the first 100 walkers will receive an HHSHR nylon backpack! You must be pre-registered with HHSHR to walk. Check in details will follow in email to registered walkers.
Raise the Woof
Come out and join us for a fun filled night of Comedy featuring the troop from Raise the Woof. Dinner and drinks (cash bar) along with many great silent auction and raffle items. Donations from Sandbar, Johnny Blacks East, Terry's Terrace, Chewy.com, JoAnn's Fudge, Chet's Rent-All, Traverse City Wine Tasting's and may, many more! Doors open at 6:00 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm EST! Tickets are $35 in advance for dinner and the show, or $20 show only. $40 at the door. This is sure to be an amazing night of fun. You don't want to miss it!

Q4AC helps HHSHR!
Come join us for a fabulous night out, and some quarter auctions!
Quartermania is a cross between an auction and bingo. Vendors for the night are: Bethany's gifts, Avon, Tastefully Simple, Young Living, LipSense, Java Momma, Thirty-One, Funky Pup, UsBorne Books, Princess House, Clever Container and Pink Zebra. Each vendor has four baskets up for auction. Most are one quarter bids. Your ticket gives you four paddles. Each paddle has a number on it and a corresponding chip with the number on it goes into a bucket.So for example, I show my basket of jewelry worth $20 and you decide you want to bid on it. Each paddle that you decide to use will cost you 1 quarter to bid. If you choose to use all four paddles on the item it will cost $1 total. There will be a vendor at each table collecting quarters. When quarters are turned in we start pulling numbers. We keep pulling until we get to a number that someone has used to bid on that item, if its yours you win! Then we move on to the next item. There will be approx 60 items to win. You choose what you want to bid on and how many paddles you use. You can win great stuff for very little. We are also looking to have these for more organizations. Its a great way to raise money!

Purchase your $5 ticket in advance!
Bring a donation for the rescue. We have a need for dog food, blankets, potty pads, leashes, collars, toys etc!
